have indicated your agreement with our terms and conditions.
Currently, our online
retail store only caters for local orders. If you would like to place an
overseas order, kindly email your order list and delivery address to
sales@eviva.com.sg and we will revert to you on delivery and payment
arrangements. Thank you!
Ordering:

Once you have found the product that you will like to purchase, click on the
"add on" button to purchase the item. Thereafter, you may choose to continue
shopping by clicking on "continue to shop" button

You may view and edit your order by clicking "view cart" button.

Once you have finished shopping, click on "check out" button and enter payment
details. For 1st time purchase, please provide delivery and contact information
for account registration. This information will be stored to speed up the
"check out" process for your subsequent purchases.

Proceed to pay for the items that you have ordered. Please refer to the
"payment modes" section for details.

Processing:
For local orders:
- Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. We strive for the
quickest turnaround time possible once we have received your payment, however,
during very busy times or during peak festive/sales periods, processing may
take an extra day or two. Orders sent in on Saturday and Sunday will be
processed on Monday, while orders sent in on a public holiday will be processed
the next working day.
Out of Stock Items:
Items which are not in
stock will be indicated accordingly on our website. If you would like to place
an order for these Items, kindly drop us an email at sales@eviva.com.sg and we
will keep you updated on product availability via return email.
Cancellation:
Please note that once an
order has been placed, it CANNOT be cancelled. If you have any product enquiry
before purchase, please feel free to email us at:

Minimum Order:
We have no minimum
retail ordering requirement. Delivery is free in Singapore for purchases that
are more than S$80 per order.
Delivery:
- There will be a charge
of S$8 for normal courier delivery in Singapore. Delivery in Singapore is free
for purchases more than S$80 per order.
- We will contact you
one day prior to confirm delivery arrangements. Please ensure that someone will
be available to take delivery at appointed time. Any additional delivery trips
required will be chargeable at S$8 per trip.
- Multiple addresses:
Please place a separate order for items going to multiple addresses. Shipping
charges are calculated for each order separately.
*Important:
Upon receipt, kindly check all products and quantity. In case
there are any shipping errors, product defects or damages, please contact us
immediately. Otherwise, delivery will be deemed as received in good order.
Patch Test:
As a pre-caution, it is
advisable for customers to do a 24-hour patch test prior to usage of any new
product.
Returns Policy:
Should there be a need
to return your purchased item, please email us your purchase information and
reason for goods return, within 1 week of receiving the products. All
returns will require prior approval and subject to the sole discretion of
Eviva. Products that are delivered with a promotional free gift should be
returned together with the free gift. We will require the purchase
receipt/invoice to validate order details. Goods will either be replaced -
where available, or a store credit will be issued.
