Please read our purchase terms and conditions listed below. By placing your order with Eviva, you have indicated your agreement with our terms and conditions.

Currently, our online retail store only caters for orders in Singapore (mainland). If you would like to place an overseas order, please email your order list and delivery address to sales@eviva.com.sg and we will contact you on delivery and payment arrangements. Thank you!


Purchase Terms and Conditions:

Ordering:

  1. For first time purchase, please register as a member to provide delivery and contact information.
  2. Once you have found the product that you will like to purchase, click on <Add to cart> button. Thereafter, you may choose to continue shopping by clicking on <continue to shop>.
  3. You may view and edit your order by clicking <View cart> button.
  4. Once you have finished shopping, click on <Check out>.
  5. Proceed to pay for the items that you have ordered. For more information on payment modes, please refer to Payment Options detailed below.

Processing:

For local orders:

Please allow 2 to 3 business days to process your order. We strive for the quickest turnaround time possible once we have received your payment, however, during very busy times or during peak festive/sales periods, processing may take an extra day or two. Orders sent in on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday, while orders sent in on a public holiday will be processed the next working day.

Out of Stock Items:

Items which are not in stock will be indicated accordingly on our website. If you would like to place an order for these items, kindly drop us an email at sales@eviva.com.sg and we will keep you updated on product availability via return email.

Cancellation:

Please note that once an order has been placed, it CANNOT be cancelled. If you have any product enquiry before purchase, please feel free to email us at: sales@eviva.com.sg

Minimum Order:

We have no minimum retail ordering requirement.

Payment options:

  1. Bank transfer:

    At the <Check Out> webpage, click <Paypal – Click here to buy>. You will be directed to Paypal website. Scroll to bottom of this paypal webpage and you will see <Cancel and return to sales@eviva.com.sg>. Click to activate this option. Your order will be sent to us and we will advise via email on the bank account and account name to pay to. In case you do not hear from us within 2 working days, please send an email to sales@eviva.com.sg

  2. Credit Card Payment (via Paypal) :

    At the <Check out> webpage, click Payment by Paypal and proceed accordingly. Transactions via paypal is protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128 bits. For more information on paypal, please refer to : https://www.paypal.com/

Delivery:

Enjoy our complimentary home delivery service (mainland Singapore only) for purchase of S$80.00 nett and above. For any purchase below S$80.00 nett, a nominal fee of S$8.00 is applicable.

We will contact you one day prior to confirm delivery arrangements. Please ensure that someone will be available to take delivery at appointed time. Any additional delivery trips required will be chargeable at S$8 per trip.

*Multiple addresses:
Please place a separate order for items going to multiple addresses. Delivery charges are calculated for each order separately.

*Important:
Upon receipt, kindly check all products and quantity. In case there are any shipping errors, product defects or damages, please contact us immediately. Otherwise, delivery will be deemed as received in good order.

Returns Policy:

Should there be a need to return your purchased item, please email us your purchase information and reason for goods return, within 1 week of receiving the products. All returns will require prior approval and subject to the sole discretion of Eviva. Products that are delivered with a promotional free gift should be returned together with the free gift. We will require the purchase receipt/invoice to validate order details. Goods will either be replaced - where available, or a store credit will be issued.

Patch Test:

As a pre-caution, it is advisable for customers to do a 24-hour patch test prior to usage of any new product that involves skin contact. Apply a small amount on inner side of arm. Should there be rashes, swelling, redness or irritation, rinse off immediately with water.
